Introducing TotalSource, Bepco’s new product brand

Bepco has been supplying parts for agricultural equipment for over 65 years. We began sharing our agricultural expertise in 2012 when we joined TVH, and we will now also offer the same reliable product brand: TotalSource! TotalSource is TVH’s totally convincing brand of parts for off-road machines, including agricultural equipment.

Towards a consistent brand experience

Thanks to its experience spanning more than 65 years as a parts supplier, Bepco has become a household name in the agricultural equipment industry. This is no mean feat, but the power of that experience was sometimes obscured by the multitude of brands owned by TVH and Bepco. That is why we are now adopting a more straightforward approach, presenting TotalSource as a single global brand for parts and accessories for agricultural equipment, as well as for construction, material handling and industrial equipment. Using TotalSource as our product brand creates a consistent brand experience while maintaining our high-quality standards.

A new look with the same core

Although customers will now receive parts in new packaging with new branding as part of this switch to a consistent brand experience, the quality and agricultural expertise you’ve come to expect from Bepco will remain unchanged.

Extensive quality commitment

TotalSource isn’t just a generic brand; it’s the flagship of our commitment to quality. Like Bepco parts, TotalSource parts are of such a high quality that they provide customers with flawless assembly and performance that meets their expectations. They must also comply with all relevant safety and product regulations. 

The quality requirements of TotalSource are monitored by TVH’s Quality Department, which consists of over 100 quality specialists. They ensure that parts and accessories meet quality standards relating to form, fit and function —as well as appearance and durability, where applicable— before they are added to the TotalSource range. Random sampling of incoming goods is also standard practice to confirm that products consistently meet these high standards. Thanks to this quality commitment, 99.8% of TotalSource parts meet our customers’ requirements.

Continuous agricultural expertise

In many cases, the agricultural products in the TotalSource range are identical to those from Bepco. This means that the supplier base, technical specifications and warranty are also the same. And with customer service at the heart of everything we do, Bepco’s agricultural expertise will, of course, remain too. It has been transferred to TotalSource, where it complements the brand's existing experience spanning over 30 years.

Even more parts

The introduction of TotalSource also improves access to parts, because the brand is supported by TVH’s global logistics and product availability. This includes 90 branches worldwide, which hold a combined stock of over 210,000 TotalSource parts at any given time. These parts cover 60% of the most frequently ordered items. Although local stock availability varies by region, our extensive inventory and logistics network enable us to deliver quickly.

In addition, Bepco customers now have access to the entire TotalSource range, introducing a comprehensive selection of parts and accessories for construction equipment. This covers telehandlers, mini-excavators, skid steer loaders, and other small earth-movers.

Influence on part numbers

With the launch of TotalSource, we are also completely phasing out Bepco (BPC) references and replacing them with TVH references. Although the current Bepco references will still be recognised automatically when ordering, the system will always return the corresponding TVH reference.
