What is a REMAN part?
A REMAN or remanufactured part is a previously used part that has been carefully disassembled, cleaned, repaired and tested to ensure it meets strict quality standards. This effectively gives the part a second life, with performance equal to that of a new one.
How does the remanufacturing process work?
Remanufacturing is the process of repairing and restoring old parts to meet the original manufacturer's standards. Our team of highly qualified technicians and engineers transforms old parts by completely dismantling, cleaning and repairing each component, ensuring they look and function like new. The parts then undergo rigorous testing on in-house test benches that simulate real-world working conditions to guarantee their quality and performance.
What is the process for purchasing a REMAN part?
The process for purchasing a REMAN part is identical to ordering a new one. In most cases, a core charge is added to your order, which is refunded once the used machine part (the core) has been returned and accepted.
Some REMAN parts are also available without the need to return a core. If this is the case, it will be clearly indicated when you place your order.
Can I return or sell used parts in exchange for a refund?
Yes—whether you're buying a REMAN part or simply want to return a used one, we can help.
- If your REMAN part purchase includes a core charge, you will receive clear instructions, and the core charge will be refunded once your used part has been accepted.
- You can also sell us your old machine parts. This is an excellent way to reduce your costs while supporting sustainable reuse. Any part can be of value, provided it’s in a repairable condition. If you have an old machine part you wish to sell, do not send it to us directly. Instead, please fill in this form and email it to [email protected] for electronic parts or [email protected] for all other parts. Once approved, you can return the part.
What is a core return?
A core return involves a customer selling us old and used machine parts in exchange for a refund. We are always looking for electronic, electrical, hydraulic, mechanical and other machine parts, provided they are still in a repairable condition. If you would like to sell us a part, please fill in this form and email it to [email protected] for electronic parts or to [email protected] for all other parts. Once your request has been approved, you can return the part.
If you have any questions about this core return process, do not hesitate to contact us.
How do I know if my part qualifies for return?
For a machine part to be eligible for return, it must still be in a repairable condition. Therefore, it is best to check the part first to ensure that it is not burnt or corroded by acid and that the housing is not cracked. If everything appears to be in order, our team can also assist you in verifying its eligibility. You will receive guidance during the ordering process if a core return is required. For all other returns, please contact us in advance for a review and quotation.
Is returning a core complicated?
Not at all! We provide clear instructions to ensure a smooth return process. Return instructions are included for regular purchases of REMAN parts. If you are returning a core ad hoc, we will support you step by step.
Why choose REMAN parts instead of new ones?
REMAN parts are a cost-effective alternative to new ones, offering the same quality and reliability at up to 50% lower cost. They are also ideal for sourcing discontinued or hard-to-find parts, and can extend the lifespan of both new and older agricultural and other off-road equipment.
What if I encounter issues with a REMAN part?
All of our REMAN parts are rebuilt to strict standards and undergo rigorous testing to guarantee their quality and performance. This is why they are backed by the same warranty as new parts. If you encounter any issues with a REMAN part, we will help you resolve them.
Are REMAN parts covered by a warranty?
Yes, they come with the same warranty as new parts, so you can be confident in their quality and performance.
How does remanufacturing differ from repair?
REMAN parts are kept in stock and ready for shipping. Repairs, on the other hand, involve sending your specific machine part in for refurbishment, which takes more time. Both options are of a high quality, but they serve different purposes.
What REMAN parts are available?
We offer a wide range of REMAN parts, including electronic controllers, printed circuit boards, joysticks, battery chargers, electric motors, thermal engines, reductors, steering axles, hydraulics, transmissions, and much more.
