1. Introduction

   1. This website/webshop is owned and controlled by TVH Parts Holding NV, the holding company of Bepco Parts SA and all other Bepco affiliates (hereinafter “us”). You can contact us by using our website contact form or by e-mail to [email protected].

   2. These Terms of Use shall govern your use of our website/webshop.

   3. By using our website/webshop, you accept these Terms of Use in full; accordingly, if you disagree with these Terms of Use or any part of thereof, you must not use our website/webshop. We may revise these Terms of Use from time to time. Such revised Terms of Use shall apply to the use of our website/webshop from the time of publication of the revised Terms of Use on the website/webshop.

2. Authorized Use of our Website/Webshop

   1. We, together with our licensors, own and control all the copyright and other intellectual property rights in our website/webshop and in the material (including images, logo’s, photographs, etc.) on our website/webshop. You may view, download and print pages from our website/webshop, subject to the other provisions of these Terms of Use.

7. Severability

   1. If a provision of these Terms of Use is determined by any court or other competent authority to be unlawful and/or unenforceable, the other provisions will continue in effect.

   2. If any unlawful and/or unenforceable provision of these Terms of Use would be lawful or enforceable if part of it were deleted, that part will be deemed to be deleted, and the rest of the provision will continue in effect.

8. Applicable Law and Forum

   1. These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Belgian law.

   2. Any disputes relating to these Terms of Use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts nearest to the registered seat of Bepco Parts SA.
